Delivery Policy
The Global Foot and Ankle Forum provides services, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped by courier or post. This policy explains how and when the services you pay for are delivered.
1. Confirmation and receipt
After a successful online payment, you will receive a payment receipt by email, and a confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp on the mobile number you gave, within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
2. Event registration
Your registration is confirmed by email and SMS or WhatsApp. Your delegate kit and badge are handed over at the event venue. Attendance certificates, where applicable, are given at the venue or sent by email, as announced for each event.
3. Membership
Membership is activated after the payment is confirmed and your eligibility is verified. Confirmation and your membership certificate are sent by email.
4. Problems with delivery
If you have paid but have not received your confirmation, email gfasindia2026@gmail.com with your name and the transaction reference, and we will resolve it.
