1. About these terms
This website is owned and operated by the Global Foot and Ankle Forum, a not-for-profit company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U94990RJ2026NPL117283), with its registered office at PN 4-A, Pushpanjali Colony, Mahesh Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur 302015, Rajasthan, India ("the Forum", "we", "us"). By using this website or making a payment on it, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Services offered
Through this website the Forum provides information about its activities and accepts online payments for the services listed on the Fees page, such as registration for the Global Foot and Ankle Summit and other academic events, and membership of the Forum. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
3. Eligibility
Registration for academic events and membership are intended for medical professionals, trainees and others eligible under the Forum's rules. The Forum may ask for proof of eligibility (for example a medical registration certificate or a letter from a head of department) and may refuse or cancel a registration that does not meet the eligibility criteria, with a refund as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your information
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering or paying, and to keep it up to date. The Forum is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information provided by you.
5. Payments
- Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway provided by ICICI Bank. Your card, bank or UPI details are entered on the bank's secure page and are not seen or stored by the Forum.
- A payment is complete only when it is confirmed by the payment gateway. If money is deducted from your account but the payment is not confirmed, it is normally reversed to your account by your bank or the gateway; please contact us with the transaction reference if it is not.
- The Forum is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
- Fees, taxes and event details may change. The fee applicable is the one shown at the time of payment.
- Taxes (such as GST), where applicable, are charged as stated on the Fees page.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Events
The Forum will make every reasonable effort to hold events as announced. The program, speakers, venue and timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Changes will be announced on this website and, where possible, by email to registered participants.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics and documents, belongs to the Forum or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its working, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
